Positive: I’ve been here many times now. Definitely not as enjoyable as previous stays but not as terrible either... It was clean enough however. There were no roaches that I could see. It was relatively quiet. I was able to get a hot shower but…
Negative: … When I first went in the room (310), it was clean, & all would have been well had it not been devoid of large towels. There was a hand towel, two wash cloths, & a floor towel but no bath towels. (It was a priority of mine to get a good shower on this stay). Naturally, I was disappointed but certainly the front desk would have some, right? Wrong. They told me they had no clean ones but promised me that house keeping would bring some by the next day. The following day yielded no housekeeping, & no towel delivery. Eventually, I returned to the front desk and a different employee went and fetched a full set of towels for me after I returned the incomplete set in the room. The rest of the stay was mostly okay except I began to feel “creeped out” in the room while in my shower. I kept feeling like someone had come in the room while I was in there. I peeped out the bathroom door and noticed what looked like the bed moving as though it was being sat on by someone. I ended my shower although I figured I was just psyching myself out & chose to blow it off. It was around maybe 3:30 in the morning & I couldn’t rest so decided I would check out early. I went to the front desk to do so but the manager on duty had walked in the back while I searched my bag for something & then didn’t come back for a long time. By the time he came back I had changed my mind. Decided what the hell, maybe I’ll just stay and try to take a shower again. however when I return to the room, I was shocked to see the mirror that was on the wall just next to the television near the front door was in the floor in a very bizarre position that arguably could not have been from merely falling by itself. I was sure at that point someone must have had access to the room besides myself. I was done at that point and returned once again to officially check out.
Summary: Clean room, hot water, no towels, customer service was not bad but not going out of their way to help
